Mont Reve reaches a major milestone as the heritage building is tied into the permanent structure. Upper floors are being finished and topping out will take place over the next three weeks. Steelwork can be removed soon.

Mont Reve reaches a new structural milestone with pour one on the eighth floor. The sixth floor slab cast is complete and the corkscrew slab pour method continues to drive pace and accuracy.

Mont Reve returns from builders holiday with the sixth floor slab in progress. Seventh floor slab is planned for early February. Facade closure begins as aluminium starts. R and N commences fit out on lower floors.

Mont Reve wraps the year with the fourth floor slab complete. Hands On Foundation students with Leap School returned to see progress from excavation to structure in five months.

Mont Reve advances in November with casting to level three, a ten day slab cycle, and eighty percent of internal and external components cast on site. Level six remains on track by the end of December.

Mont Reve continues structural progress with major transfer slabs underway and over 200 workers on site to fast-track the build.

Dolce Vita continues progress with hotel fit-outs on the 8th floor and residential apartments nearing completion up to the 4th floor.

Mont Reve enters vertical construction with first columns and stair cores in progress. Excavation wraps up as the second crane prepares for installation.

Mont Réve approaches the end of earthworks as Veeva prepares to pour basement foundations. Structural work is set to begin as excavation wraps up.

Welcome to the "Behind The Design" series where we sit down with renowned Architectural Designer, Robert Silke from Robert Silke & Partners, to discuss the design process behind our latest development Mont Reve and his careful consideration for the end user and the surrounding environment.

Here’s a quick check in on where we are with developing Mont Reve. Demolition has successfully been completed. We’ve done our piling all the way around. The capping beam has also been completed.

Progress is in full swing. After clearing the rubble on site, our key milestones include lateral support and bulk earthworks that have begun and are underway with phase two completion targeted for April 2025.
