Mont Reve ends the year with clear momentum. The fourth floor slab is complete and the structure now reads strongly against the skyline. Formwork, rebar, and services coordination remain on program and the site is prepared for a strong start in the new year.
This month we welcomed the Hands On Foundation students in partnership with Leap School for a return visit. Their first visit was five months ago when the team was establishing lateral support and clearing rubble. Standing on the same corner now, the students saw how a hole in the ground becomes a framed building through sequence, method, and daily discipline.
Early accuracy in lateral support and foundations set the line for columns and slabs. Each pour unlocks the next trade. With the fourth floor slab now complete, focus moves to vertical circulation cores, service risers, and preparation for the next decks and walls. This is how a plan becomes a building and how a building becomes a place that serves people for years to come.
Thank you to the learners, educators, and mentors who joined us on site and to the construction and professional teams who carried this project through the year. Mont Reve is moving forward with control and care. The new year will bring the next level of structure along with the first phases of envelope and services.
