Mont Reve opens the year with visible momentum. The team is casting the sixth floor slab and preparing the seventh floor slab for the first pour in early February. With the structural frame advancing, the focus now widens to closing in the facades. Aluminium installation is scheduled to commence soon.
The design relies on concrete structure with reduced brickwork. This approach keeps tolerances tight and allows follow on trades to move quickly once the frame is ready. As a result, internal progress is now accelerating. R and N has begun fit out on the lower floors, setting the pace for services, partitions, ceilings, and joinery.
This is the first progress report since returning from builders holiday. The goal is clear. Maintain quality, protect the schedule, and complete the project by the end of the year.
