Mont Reve enters March with a milestone that changes the way the building lives on site. The heritage structure has now been tied into the permanent concrete frame. It is no longer supported as a standalone element. It is now part of the long term structure.
On site, the quality of the concrete work is clearly visible. The team is now finishing the upper floors and topping out will take place over the next three weeks. This is the point where the building form is fully established and the project begins to shift more decisively into enclosure and finishes.
With the heritage tie in complete, the temporary steelwork that has supported the facade can be removed in the coming weeks. This unlocks cleaner access for follow on trades and signals that the project has moved beyond risk control into refinement and delivery.
This progress is a direct reflection of meticulous planning and the standard set by the construction team. It takes serious expertise to merge old and new safely, especially when concrete alignment and long term stability need to be exact. Credit goes to the best contractors on site and to every team member who has carried this project forward with pride.
