Mont Reve is nearing the end of its earthworks phase as we prepare to break ground on concrete foundations.
We are approximately two weeks away from reaching final depth with bulk earthworks now in the final stages. The remaining soil volume is being carefully trimmed and shaped to final levels. Natural lateral support installations are wrapping up, ensuring long-term stability of the excavated space.
Once complete, the final earth will be removed using a long-arm excavator, and the remaining support equipment will be craned out. From there, we will officially commence concrete foundation works in the basement—marking a significant milestone as we move into the structural phase of development.
The groundwork is nearly done. Now, we begin to build.
