Construction at Mont Reve, Berman Brothers Group’s landmark Sea Point development, is advancing with pace and precision. As of July 2025, the site has transitioned from groundwork into vertical construction which is a defining milestone in the development journey.
Over the past weeks, our construction team has been finalising the last stages of excavation and lateral support. This foundational phase, critical for long-term structural integrity, is nearing completion.
Now, the next phase begins.
Structural Bases & Columns: The first concrete bases and vertical columns have been poured, marking the start of Mont Reve’s rise above ground.
Staircases & Lift Shaft Rafts: The core structures such as the stairs and lift shaft foundations are also in progress, forming the building’s essential framework.
Second Tower Crane Installation: To support the pace of vertical construction, the second tower crane will be installed by the end of July.
