October marks a high-activity month on site at Mont Reve, where the structure continues to rise and the pace intensifies. The team is currently focused on completing the transfer slab on Level 1, which forms the soffit of the ground floor. At the same time, work has commenced on a smaller transfer slab on Level 2, which sits below the future first floor restaurant. These slabs are crucial components in the structural build, enabling the shift from podium levels to residential floors above.
The next key milestone is already in sight. The first floor slab is scheduled to be cast this Friday, marking another major step in Mont Reve’s vertical progression and confirming the project’s steady upward momentum.
With multiple slab pours in motion, the site is fully activated. This week, Mont Reve reached a peak workforce of approximately 200 people across trades and disciplines. Every detail is being fast-tracked with precision, coordination, and urgency.
This growth in manpower reflects BBG’s commitment to delivery timelines, without compromising on quality or control.
The transfer slabs are not just structural. They represent the shift from below-ground support to above-ground living. Once complete, Mont Reve will transition into its core vertical build for upper levels, including residential units and rooftop features.
