The vision for Dolce Vita is nearly complete. With structural work done and fit-outs well underway, the focus has now shifted to detail, finish, and compliance.
On site, the ground floor foyer is receiving its final finishes — a defining space that will welcome residents and guests. Plaster work is progressing throughout the building and paint work has officially commenced, bringing light and tone into the spaces.
This next stage is where the building truly comes to life.
Dolce Vita is now preparing for final municipal inspections, which begin next week. These inspections are critical to confirm that the building meets all required health, safety, and occupancy standards.
In parallel, paving to external walkways will begin shortly, tying together the internal spaces with the surrounding streetscape and completing the building’s outward presentation.
This final stretch is about more than finishes. It’s about the transition from construction to occupation — where precision matters and every detail is curated for experience.
