This October, Dolce Vita enters the final phase of municipal council inspections as we prepare to receive our occupancy certificate. This milestone marks the official readiness of the building to welcome residents, commercial tenants, and hotel guests.
We’re proud to confirm that Dolce Vita will begin receiving its first residents and guests from late October through November. It is a moment that represents years of design, development, and detailed execution coming together.
The Kove Collection hotel at Dolce Vita will officially begin operations on 1 December. Designed to be both elegant and enduring, the hotel sits at the heart of the building and forms part of BBG’s larger vision to blend luxury living with lifestyle-led hospitality.
Every finish has been selected with intent. Every space is ready to be experienced.
