The temporary site containers have been removed, making way for more permanent infrastructure. We’re advancing key services across the development, laying the foundation for final systems.
By the end of June, the ground floor will be handed over to Tashas, ready to begin their fit-out—a major lifestyle feature coming to life. Scaffolding is being erected around the full perimeter of the building as work on the façade accelerates. Shopfront glazing and aluminium frames are enclosing the envelope, marking a visible transformation from site to structure.
Meanwhile, the eighth floor has been handed over to the Kove Collection to begin their restaurant fit-out setting the stage for a dining destination with sweeping views.
Every step is a move closer to bringing this landmark development to life.
