We have completed the vertical structures up to the fourth floor in portion one of the building. Our lift core walls are now cast up to the fourth floor and further stages are underway in the upcoming weeks as per our program.Our brickwork is progressing rapidly. With basement one at 90 percent and ground/first floor hotel sections at 80%. Our waterproofing and backfilling works are ongoing.Basement two surface bed is on track for completion by the 31st of March but we have encountered some minor weather-related delays. However, acceleration measures have been put in place and we are keeping the project moving along as smoothly as we possibly can.
