Dolce Vita Sea Point October Progress Report: Things are beginning to take shape as we’re starting with the ground floor slab after having completed basement parking slab. Following this phase we will begin to build up level by level in the following months. This is an important phase as this stage not only defines the layout of individual rooms and spaces but also supports subsequent construction activities, including the installation of walls, utilities, and finishes.
