After more than a decade of vision, acquisition, design, and building, Dolce Vita is officially complete. Last week, we began handing over all 65 apartments. One by one, the homes were personally handed over by Paul and Saul Berman and the rest of the BBG team to proud new owners. Residents are now moving in, marking the beginning of life inside one of the most iconic addresses in Sea Point.
In April last year, Dolce Vita launched and sold out in minutes. Since then, the BBG team has worked with focus and precision to deliver a building that lives up to the promise inside and out. Fast forward to today where the final milestone has been reached. Not one or two units. All 65 are handed over. The building is complete. The vision is real.
With handovers complete, the project enters its final chapter: snagging. The team remains fully active on site, making final adjustments and ensuring every finish meets the BBG standard before full occupation. This isn’t just about delivery. It’s about care and ending with the same attention to detail that defined every phase of the journey.
